As social distancing measures relax, we have taken the opportunity to review our COVID policy. Patients will STILL be required to wear a face mask and unfortunately will not be treated if they do not (unless you are medically exempt). We see many elderly and vulnerable patients and keeping you safe and ensuring the safety of our team is of paramount importance to us.

When you visit our clinics there will still be safety measures in place even though the world is relaxing a little more now. You are still required to wear a mask throughout your appointment and our team will still be wearing full PPE which includes face masks, gloves and aprons. When you arrive we’ll take your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitiser which we will provide.
We’re still the same friendly people and we will continue to look after you and put your care first.

Yes. Although measures have been relaxed, we still require patients to wear a face mask to your appointment. They are available to purchase at our clinics should you need to.
We ask you come alone unless it is absolutely necessary for someone to attend with you.

Yes, at each of our clinics you will have your temperature taken by an inferred thermometer.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash at the moment and all appointments must be paid by card prior to your appointment.
