We have all been affected in some way by Coronavirus; from social distancing to being in ‘lockdown’ and generally adapting to a different way of life, it continues to be a changing and challenging time for all of us.

We remain passionate about your ears and in providing the safest and best care for your blocked ears during this pandemic. Our clinics remain open and will continue to deliver our high quality microsuction service to you.

At all our clinic locations we are adhering to strict PPE requirements inline with Government guidelines and we also have a COVID policy which has been put together by our Lead Nurse and GP Lead.  This policy further ensures your safety and the safety of our team.

Keeping you Safe when you visit

When you visit there will be more safety measures in place, our practitioners and admin team will be wearing more safety clothing – PPE which include face mask, gloves and aprons.  

You will need to arrive wearing your own face mask. When you arrive we’ll take your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitiser which we will provide. 

We’re still the same friendly people and we will continue to look after you and put your care first.

What to expect

Social Distancing where possible
PPE worn by the Just Ears Team. Face masks to be worn to your appointment.
Antibacterial gel available
Only card payments will be taken and must be prior to your appointment
Your temperature taken will be taken on arrival
Longer appointment slots to allow for cleaning in between appointments

Covid FAQ's

Do I have to wear a face mask?

Yes, in line with government guidelines you will be expected to wear a face mask to your appointment. They are available to purchase at our clinics should you need to.

Can someone come to my appointment with me?

We ask you come alone unless it is absolutely necessary for someone to attend with you.

What measures have you put in place to keep me safe?

Will I have my temperature taken at my appointment?

Yes, at each of our clinics you will have your temperature taken by an inferred thermometer.

Can I pay by cash?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash at the moment and all appointments must be paid by card prior to your appointment.
