- On A3 follow signs to Portsmouth, Havant Bypass
- Come off at the Cosham/Hilsea Junction (Portsbridge junction)
- Take the 3rd exit onto A397
- Follow road and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit
- At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A3 London Road
- At the lights turn left onto Southwick Hill
- Take the first left at the QA East Gate, then left again onto Hunter Road
- Follow the road which will bear left and the clinic will be on the right
From East (Chichester)
- Take the A27 westbound towards Portsmouth
- Come off at the Cosham/Hilsea Junction (Portsbridge junction)
- Take the 3rd exit onto A397
- Follow road and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit
- At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A3 London Road
- At the lights turn left onto Southwick Hill

From the South (Southsea)
- Head towards M275 westbound
- Head towards M27 West Southampton/Fareham
- Take exit towards A3 Cosham
- At traffic lights go straight across and carry on until you reach a roundabout
- Take 1st exit left onto Northern Road
- At the lights turn left onto Southwick Hill
- Take the first left at the QA East Gate, then left again onto Hunter Road
- Follow the road which will bear left and the clinic will be on the right
