Covid-19 Update

We have created a safe environment for patients to be seen at our clinics. So you are fully aware of what will happen on the day of your appointment, these are the procedures to follow for each clinic. Patients will STILL be required to wear a face mask and unfortunately will not be treated if they do not (unless you are medically exempt and you are able to provide the necessary documentation). Please come with your face covering, if not we may have to charge a small fee to provide you with one.

Please note, you will not be able to attend any clinics if:

If you or any member of your household are self-isolating and/or you have new continuous cough and/or a fever/high temperature (37.8C or greater) and/or loss of sense of smell or taste. (A new continuous cough is where they have a new cough that’s lasted for an hour, OR have had 3 or more episodes of coughing in 24 hours OR are coughing more than usual).

COVID-19 Regulations
  • During this time that the COVID19 virus is prevalent, please arrive at your appointment at the allocated time. Please follow the signs for the visitors car park and reception located at the back of the building.
  • Please wait in the carpark, and our practitioner will come to find you. Any problems, please call 07984 326 170.
  • The practitioner will be wearing PPE and will take your temperature upon entering the complex.
  • Please attend your appointment with a face covering. If you do not have a face covering, one we will provided for you, however please be aware there may be a cost of £1 to cover our expenses, you will then be taken straight into the clinic room for your ear microsuction.
  • In order to reduce transmission, unless absolutely necessary only the patient will be allowed to enter the clinic room.
  • Appointments will now be 30-minutes long to allow practitioners to prepare in between patients.
  • In order to reduce the risk of cross transmission of the Coronavirus, for the foreseeable future we will not take any cash payments.
  • All payments must be taken online or over the telephone before you attend your appointment.
This is our third ear cleaning clinic in Hampshire. We are based within Hampshire Health, a tranquil private health centre in Emsworth, which is easily accessible from the M27 and within easy reach of Chichester, Portsmouth, Havant and Bosham. We have free private off-road parking, comfortable waiting areas and spacious consulting rooms, which offer a calm and relaxing space for your consultation and microsuction treatment.

The Just Ears is based in the ‘Hampshire Health’ building which is about 2 minutes off the A27.

From the West: Leave the A27 at the Emsworth A259 turning and stay in the left-hand lane. There are 2 small roundabouts – follow the signs to Emsworth A259. Off the second roundabout follow the sign to ‘Emsworth Southbourne A 259’. Stay on this road and the Hampshire Health building is about 100yards on the left beyond Selangor Avenue(second road on the left).

From the East: Leave the A27 at the Emsworth A259 turning. At the roundabout take the first exit and follow the sign to ‘Emsworth Southbourne A 259’. Stay on this road and the Hampshire Health building is about 100yards on the left beyond Selangor Avenue(second road on the left).
