• On the day of your appointment please make your way into the reception area at the time of your appointment.
• In order to reduce transmission, unless absolutely necessary only the patient will be allowed to enter.
• Your temperature will be taken on arrival by infrared thermometer.
• During your appointment you will be required to wear a mask. Please provide your own face coverings.
• The Practitioner carrying out the procedure will be wearing full PPE.
• Our waiting area will be setup to allow 2-meter distancing between patients and staff.
• In order to reduce the risk of cross transmission of the Coronavirus, for the foreseeable future we will not take any cash payments.
• All payments must be taken online or over the telephone before you attend your appointment.

There is free parking to the rear of the surgery off of Hazeleigh Avenue .

Eastbound Direction – take the M27 to Junction 3, at this Junction take the M271 exit to Southampton Docks. At the roundabout take the 3^rd exit onto the M271, exit the roundabout onto the M271, slight left and merge onto the Redbridge Road/A33, keep right and continue to follow the A33.

Continue straight onto the Millbrook Road/A33 and continue to follow A33, keep right to continue on Mountbatten Way/A33. At the Mayflower Roundabout take the 2^nd Exit onto Town Quay/A33, exit the roundabout onto Town Quay/A33. Turn left onto Terminus Terrace/A33 TOLL road.

At the roundabout continue straight onto Portsmouth Road/A3025, after 0.2 miles turn right onto Hazeleigh Road, after 150 feet you will have arrived at Woolston Lodge Surgery. There is free parking for 90 minutes at the surgery.

Westbound Direction – take the M27 to Junction 8 towards the Windhover interchange. At the Windhover interchange take the 1^st exit onto Bert Betts Way/A3024, exit the roundabout onto Bert Betts Way/A3024. At Windhover roundabout take the 3^rd exit onto Bursledon Road/A3024. Exit the roundabout onto Bursledon Road/A3204. Turn left onto Botley Road/B3033, at the roundabout take the 2^nd exit onto Portsmouth Road/A3025. At the roundabout, continue straight to stay on Portsmouth Road/A3025. After 0.8 miles turn left onto Hazeleigh Avenue, after 150 feet you have arrived at Woolston Lodge Surgery. There is free parking at the surgery for 90 minutes.
