My clinician, Amy, was fantastic. I was really nervous and have had hearing issues all my life, such as tinnitus. Amy made sure i was comfortable and educated on exactly what she was doing, she was also extremely patient with me as I was very fidgety! Thank you, 10/10 service and experience, highly recommend

Have used Just Ears on more than one occassion when I have had ear problems. The on line booking system was easy to use and appointments were readily available. The microsuction process was fast and efficient and the staff both polite and professional in their approach. They always ensured the client was both comfortable kept informed during this painless process. I would recommend Just Ears as the first port of call for all ear problems.

Excellent service and treatment. I have had problems elsewhere in the past with earwax removal but not with Just Ears. I will gladly use them again.
