Wax micro suction procedure efficiently performed by ENT Consultant who identified a possible problem with an enlarged bone and referred to my GP for further investigation. I would certainly recommend this company for their professionalism, service and good environment.

Ear wax removal was trouble free and quick. Check your ears for any problems which you can’t do yourself. I had a problem which I would not have known about if I had not seen a professional. Worth doing.

For a procedure that’s not exactly pleasant, everything is done to ensure comfort and reassurance.

 I was suffering ‘deafness’ in my ears through a build up of wax. I have never used Just Ears before but was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Dr Phillips. The equipment they have is state of the art and I now have my hearing back without any pain or discomfort. ​

On conclusion, she recommended that I see a hearing specialist and said that she would arrange a referral. A comfortable experience from start to finish.

The expertise of the staff is impressive, and the fact that it is done with a microscope and micro suction makes it a very painless and quick experience.

Booked online on Thursday evening and seen first thing Monday. Such a quick and simple procedure. Much less noisy and much more comfortable than having yours ears syringed. Really friendly staff. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.
