I have twice visited the Just Ears clinic in Petts Wood BR5. Each time I have needed micro suction in both ears. I recommend the clinic very highly indeed for every part of the visit including easy online booking, friendly professional staff and the best treatment I could wish for. More to the point I can hear again! Thank you James on my first visit and thank you Wendy for today’s great experience. I could not have hoped for better.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The receptionist made easy conversation with me prior to my appointment and the clinician explained everything thoroughly and invited any questions. The clinic itself was clean, calm, comfortable and airy, and I would have no hesitation in returning if needed.

The Emsworth branch of Just Ears is the best ear clinic I’ve been to.. Sandra was very knowledgable, experienced and friendly. She soon detected an underlying issue with my ears that’s been missed by others in the last 40 years, explained the diagnosis clearly and proposed a sensible action plan to address it. She cares and has excellent listening and communication skills. The overall location is attractive, the reception desk very welcoming and there’s load of room for parking. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My ears were blocked and it was driving me crazy. I booked an appoinment for the next day. I arrived and went straight in the gentleman was really good he explained everything to me, and showed me the equipment. I was in and out in 15 mins able to hear again. An amazing process completly painfree, cant wait to go back in 6 months.

Unfortunately, or fortunately as is my case, I need to have wax removal from my ears 4 times a year. I have used Just Ears for the last 10 years and would never consider using any other practice. They are friendly, professional and do all they can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed for a procedure which some people may find anxious

I was really impressed. The treatment was thoroughly explained by Sandra, but also I was also advised on how to reduce or slow the development of future blockage. Having had the same procedure elsewhere, I had never received such informative and helpful advice.
