We are very proud of the high number of patients who return to see us time and time again. But when a recent patient returned to us after having been to another practitioner, it was great to find out just why.
Elizabeth had always suffered with blocked ears and first came to see us in 2018 at our Port Solent clinic. It was the first time she had had Microsuction and although the procedure went well and she was impressed, she felt ear syringing was her preference. Because Just Ears do not offer syringing she looked to a new provider. After a year or so, her provider also moved over to microsuction as the preferred method to remove the wax as NICE had deemed ear syringing unsafe. At this point her providers price escalated to £120 which Elizabeth felt was a lot to pay and decided that as microsuction was the best option now, to return to Just Ears.
She booked into our Emsworth clinic and was seen by Erik Nilssen. “I was very impressed with the service from start to finish and was delighted to not only pay a lot less (£85) than the other provider, but when they showed me their loyalty card and explained how my 5th visit will be FREE I was bowled over”.
